Shipping Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived:
- Check your tracking number (in your confirmation email)
- Confirm your shipping address
- Wait 1–2 business days for tracking updates
- Then fill out the form below with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
You may request a return, exchange, or refund if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- It's within 30 days of delivery
If your circumstance fits the criteria above, please fill out the form below with:
- The reason for return or refund
- Your desired solution (Refund or Exchange)
- Your order number
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

- Return shipping is not covered unless we made an error
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
