Shipping Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your tracking number (in your confirmation email)
  • Confirm your shipping address
  • Wait 1–2 business days for tracking updates
  • Then fill out the form below with:

- Your order number

- A short description of the issue


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You may request a return, exchange, or refund if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • It's within 30 days of delivery

 

If your circumstance fits the criteria above, please fill out the form below with:

  • The reason for return or refund
  • Your desired solution (Refund or Exchange) 
  • Your order number

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.


Note:

  • Return shipping is not covered unless we made an error
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
